- Ubuntu women IRC Options
- Option 1 - Social, Project, Technical, Advice on Issues Logged Option 1: Logged Single-Channel
- Discussion should focus on Ubuntu, but non-Ubuntu related talk is also allowed
- Complaints to be heard and listened to
- Channel involves both technical and social discussion
- Channel shall be logged
- Option 2 - Social, Project, Technical, Advice on Issues Not Logged Option 2 non logged Single channel
- Discussion should focus on Ubuntu, but non-Ubuntu related talk is also allowed
- Complaints to be heard and listened to

- Channel shall be NOT logged
- Option 3 - Social, Advice Option 3 is having 2 channels one logged and one not logged
- One channel is Ubuntu, technical, and project discussions. The other channel is for social discussions.

- Discussion of best ways to ensure Team Members who want to vote on a topic are given the opportunity to do so in an allotted period of time.
- Who Votes? Members of the Ubuntu Women Project use some combination of IRC, Mailing Lists, and Forums and out the ones that use these tools not all are registered members in Launchpad. The questions of who votes is not to exclude anyone, but to figure out should all voting members be listed in Launchpad? How do we ensure all members get the opportunity to vote? How do we ensure it is limited to the Ubuntu Women Project Members?
